📦 Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged as it was delivered.

  • Returns are accepted for both quality-related issues and general dissatisfaction.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the process.

Please contact customer support before sending any items back to confirm the correct return address.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.


📌 Important Notes:

  1. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

  2. If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind), the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. The fee will depend on the courier used.

  3. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, return shipping will be fully covered. No restocking fees apply in such cases.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified via email. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–8 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
